Q: What is your talent in the upcoming VShow?
A: I will be performing poetry on stage and will be in tech during the show as well. I’m going to
most likely keep track of all of the microphones, stands, chairs, and whatnot, running them up
on stage.

Q: Have you been part of the VShow before?
A: Yes. My sophomore year I was in tech, [though] I didn’t perform.
Q: Is the poetry you will be performing written by you or other author(s)?
A: It’s written by Victoria Morgan. I’m performing spoken word poetry.
Q: What do you enjoy most about performing spoken word poetry?
A: Captivating others, just getting them enthralled by the poem, as other poets have done.
Q: Does the idea of performing on stage make you nervous at all?
A: Yeah, my legs are usually shaking. I had never performed until the VShow audition, but once
I got into it, I didn’t really notice.

Q: What has been your favorite part about the VShow this year so far?
A: I’m really enjoying the variety of people performing, even some freshman I haven’t really met. Also [I’m] having a lot of fun building the set.
