Homecoming hall decorating unites HEHS students, staff

Hallway decorating is one of the big events that occurs during homecoming week.
An abundance of clubs, activities, and sports come out to decorate the hallway. The theme this year was Under the Big Top, and this theme was one filled with fun and a plethora of colors. Students really enjoyed decorating.
“It’s fun to decorate, but it’s even better we get to do it with our friends,” said Tillia Dillon (’17).
Decorating is one of the events that brings the school together because it is such a big, collaborative group effort that needs to happen in order to be finished in the end. By bringing the school together to decorate the hallways, not only is it aesthetically pleasing, but it spreads the overall atmosphere of school spirit during homecoming week.
