After weeks of preparation in the sweltering summer heat, the marching band put on great shows all throughout the fall season.

Director Hannah Drake said that it was this year where the students felt the most positive and encouraged to do better.

When asked to point out a specific memory from this year, Junior Adele Shirkey recounted, “everything went by so fast so it’s hard to pick one specific memory because it feels like one long one.”

Time flew as the musicians bonded and made the season a memorable one.

“We are all working together to make this really great show. It brings us together because every part gets to be equally strong in order for us to be the best we can be,” said Senior Fiona Holloman.
