Cleats digging into the turf. Warm up laps. Cool down stretches. The cheers when the ball is kicked into the goal. That’s what soccer is. This year, the boys’ varsity soccer team had a competitive season, finishing 6th in the Mid-Suburban League.

“The players were incredible and worked really hard to create a program that we can be proud of moving forward,” said Head Coach Sean Armstrong.

This year’s special group of players, coaches, and parents made all the difference to the boys’ soccer program. When asked how their season went, senior Alex Gonzalez answered “this season was something everyone worked hard for and I couldn’t be more proud. This effectively summarizes the team’s dedication to not only this sport but also each other.
