The most anticipated, school-spirit filled week has made its debut—Homecoming week starts today, September 9th!
Preceding the awaited homecoming dance on Saturday, September 14th, there will be a series of spirit days and events to show off your Hawk pride.
Relating to the 2024 Olympics theme, on Monday, be prepared to wear your best sports gear for Sports Mash-Up Day; Tuesday is Parade of Nations Day when you can come to school representing a country of your choice; everyone is a champion on Medal Winners Wednesday if you are wearing either gold, silver, or bronze; on Thursday we go back in time for Decades of Champions Day by dressing up to fit any decade of your choosing; and finally, the week will be concluded with All-American Hawk Pride Friday where you can wear a variation of your Hoffman orange and blue along with USA red, white and blue—make sure to keep on your red, white and blue apparel for the Homecoming football game on Friday night.
Also, stay tuned for the annual Homecoming Coronation on Friday during fourth block which will reveal Hoffman’s two esteemed honorees and congeniality winners. Voting can be accessed by following the link sent on email and will be available until Wednesday.
Additionally, the annual homecoming dodgeball tournament—a thrilling event you won’t want to miss—is being held on Wednesday, September 11th and will take place after school.
